We are currently looking for experienced and reliable 1st and 2nd Fix Carpenters to join our construction team on a long-term project at Heathrow Airport. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a prestigious airside development, offering consistent hours, competitive pay, and holiday pay.
Important: As this is an airside position, all applicants must pass a Criminal Record Check and provide a 5-year checkable employment history to obtain an Airside Pass.
Job Details
- Location: Heathrow Airport (Airside)
- Pay Rates (PAYE):
- £24.00/hour – Day shifts
- £30.00/hour – Night shifts
- Day: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Night: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of 1st and 2nd fix carpentry to a high standard
- Install doors, partitions, skirting, frames, and other joinery components
- Read and interpret construction drawings and follow site specifications
- Maintain high levels of health and safety and ensure a clean work area
- Collaborate with other trades on-site when needed
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card
- Proven experience in 1st and 2nd fix carpentry on construction sites
- Own tools and PPE
- Ability to pass background and employment history checks
