Our client is a leading and growing multi-disciplinary construction consultancy who require a Building Surveyor to join them on a full time, permanent basis from their head office in South East London. As a consultancy they have multiple offices across the country whereby they provide services in Building Surveying, Architecture, Building Services Engineering and Cost Consultancy but not limited to this. This role would involve working in their retro fit projects team as a project-based building surveyor where you would be reporting to the senior building surveyor or team leader whilst working with the rest of the team to complete and lead retro fit projects for their local authority and housing association clients across a range of industry sectors including the residential, social housing, education and public sectors.
