We are currently recruiting committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of schools across the Bridgend area. Whether you’re an experienced TA or looking to gain classroom experience, we have a range of opportunities to suit your availability and career goals.
Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality learning
- Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils
- Helping manage classroom behaviour and routines
- Assisting with the preparation of learning materials
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive and engaging school environment
Experience working with children or young people (in education or other settings)
- A caring and patient approach with good communication skills
- Adaptability and a willingness to work in different school environments
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
