Talentedge are proud to be partnering with an early stage, sustainability focussed hardware manufacturing startup on their first dedicated finance role. As Finance Director, you’ll work in close partnership with an extremely passionate & ambitious C Suite on scaling the business internationally.
You’ll be amazing for this role if you are a data focussed and commercially savvy accountant, have a love for startups and want to work for a mission-driven business who are truly making a difference.
Key responsibilities:- In house, design and roll out key scalable processes, controls and systems, utilising technology to automate
- Own monthly management and annual statutory reporting
- Prepare strategic, commercial and financial objectives for the business
- Business partner cross-functionally, in particular with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Distribution and GTM teams
- Alongside CEO / Founder, drive future VC fundraising rounds
- Qualified accountant, STEM degree from a top university
- Experience of working within a high growth manufacturing or product-led startup
- Fundraising exposure
- Strong analytical and data visualisation skills with advanced Excel
- Working knowledge of Python
- Some experience with Data Science/ Forecasting/ Scikit learn
- Experience building financial reporting dashboards
