Within our Specialist Division (SPD), we are looking to recruit an experienced Commissioning and Work Recording Team Leader. SPD comprises Inspectors and scientists who provide technical input and advice to support HSE's core regulatory functions of inspection, investigation, policy development, and guidance.
The Commissioning and Work Recording (CWR) Team has been created to define, maintain, and improve the framework for how specialist work is agreed (commissioned), planned, delivered, and recorded.
As the CWR Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading the design of processes for managing specialist work across the Division, including implementing work recording processes to supplement existing systems, and designing monthly operational reports and dashboards.
This role reports to the Unit Head for specialist work commissioning, recording, and reporting. You will collaborate with leaders across the division to develop and implement work commissioning and recording processes for various types of work. This includes establishing and maintaining information about all work undertaken by the division, tracking work plans and progress, and providing performance reports at team, unit, and divisional levels. You will also lead the continuous improvement of these processes.
