Our client is looking for an Onsite "smart hands" IT Engineer with skills in O365, break/fix and general server maintenance experience. The person would sit within an existing onsite team for an initial period of 6 months. Hours of cover are generally office hours, 8.30 - 4, 9 - 5.30, 5 days in the office. £170 a day Inside IR35. Must hold an up to date BPSS Clearance.
We are looking for a 2nd line IT Engineer with the below skill set:
- Proficient in supporting Windows 7/8/10/11 operating systems.
- Microsoft Office support - all versions including O365.
- Experience with Active Directory, user and group management.
- Experience of VMware.
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2010/2011/2019/2022).
- Confident in supporting general desktop hardware, monitors, and printers.
