With an already impressive roster of customers, we’re growing fast and looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help us expand our reach. As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for qualifying, developing, and closing smaller inbound opportunities while working with existing SME accounts for expansion and renewals. This role is crucial to driving growth through direct engagement with prospects, ensuring a seamless onboarding process, and supporting customers throughout their lifecycle. It’s a great stepping stone to develop your closing skills and move towards a Mid-Market Account Executive role in the future!
Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound opportunities
- Qualify, develop, and close inbound new business opportunities within the SME segment
- Handle demo requests, trial requests, whitepaper downloads, webinar sign-ups, and contact form submissions to assess lead quality and fit for the product.
- Identify and qualify all inbound opportunities based on company size and potential, escalating larger opportunities to the appropriate AEs for further qualification and development.
- Track subscriptions through partnership channels and flag potential larger opportunities for MM and Enterprise AEs.
- Identify, develop, and close expansion opportunities with existing SME accounts.
- Manage post-sale processes, ensuring smooth onboarding and access to the platform for new users, including but not limited to arranging and conducting user training and ensuring customer success post-implementation.
- Take ownership of renewals for accounts within your portfolio, ensuring contract continuity and customer satisfaction.
- A-player mindset and self-starter mentality – you’re driven, adaptable, eager to learn and are willing to pick up whatever knowledge you’re missing to get the job done
- SDR experience with a strong ability to qualify inbound leads and generate outbound leads
- Experience in managing SME deals from discovery to post-sale
- Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM systems for deal management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with prospects at various levels
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Customer-first mindset and a focus on driving growth and satisfaction
- Knowledge of MEDDICC and SPIN Selling
- Relevant experience in AI or SaaS for Financial Services sector.
- Salary up to £40,000 plus uncapped commission (£60,000 OTE) - your success is rewarded, and our compensation plans are great!
