Join us as a Customer Service Personal Banker in Aberdeen. As a key member of our branch team, you will support our valued customers in achieving their financial goals and enhance their banking experience. We offer full training and support to help you develop your skills, including a Foundation Certificate in Responsible Banking.

This is a part-time role, working 21 hours per week. Please note, this position does not qualify for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.

What you’ll do

As the first point of contact, you will provide outstanding customer service, understanding customer needs and assisting with banking requests such as payments, balance inquiries, and transfers. You will also help customers explore different banking options and collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless service experience.

Your working pattern involves part-time hours during branch opening times (9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with rotational Saturdays and some bank holidays). Your training will include comprehensive onboarding, ongoing coaching, and studying towards an external qualification to support your career growth.
