We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to manage the financial and contractual aspects of high-end residential and commercial projects. This is a full-time, permanent role offering long-term career progression in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate estimates and bid proposals
- Review project plans, conduct site visits, and gather cost data
- Control budgets and manage cost planning from inception to completion
- Handle procurement and contract administration
- Create detailed reports and support strategic project planning
- Ensure compliance with building codes and specifications
- 2+ years’ experience in estimating or quantity surveying
- Strong understanding of construction methods, project management, and budgeting
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to read technical plans and produce accurate take-offs
- BSc/BA in Construction, Engineering or related field (preferred)
- CPE or relevant certification (desirable)
- Excellent communication, report writing, and problem-solving skills
