We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to manage the financial and contractual aspects of high-end residential and commercial projects. This is a full-time, permanent role offering long-term career progression in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate estimates and bid proposals
  • Review project plans, conduct site visits, and gather cost data
  • Control budgets and manage cost planning from inception to completion
  • Handle procurement and contract administration

  • Ensure compliance with building codes and specifications
Requirements
  • 2+ years’ experience in estimating or quantity surveying
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, project management, and budgeting
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to read technical plans and produce accurate take-offs
  • BSc/BA in Construction, Engineering or related field (preferred)
  • CPE or relevant certification (desirable)
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and problem-solving skills
