We are currently seeking to fill the position of Prep School Learning Support and Administrative Assistant (Part Time, Term Time, 3 days per week).

The Prep School Learning Support and Administrative Assistant provides vital support to pupils accessing Learning Support and ensures the smooth running of administrative tasks within the department. This dual role combines pupil-facing responsibilities with organisational and clerical duties. The role reports to the Head of Senior School Learning Support.

The ideal candidate will be calm, measured, able to work under pressure, and adaptable to changing priorities. They will be passionate about supporting pupils' learning and confident in managing administrative responsibilities and supporting departmental logistics. Additionally, the successful candidate will actively participate in school life and contribute positively to the wider school community.
