Our client, an industry-leading organisation based in North Manchester, is seeking a talented People and Culture Manager to join their team. As the People and Culture Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping our client\’s culture, enhancing HR policies, and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for their team. Responsibilities: Develop and cultivate our client\’s company culture, inclusive of core values and employee behaviours. Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR regulations and company standards. Collaborate with hiring managers in the recruitment process. Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new team members. Enhance staff communication channels and maintain the People HR system. Administer employee benefits and provide guidance on terms and conditions of employment. Coach and develop team leaders, sharing best practises and supporting their growth. Monitor staff appraisals and goal-setting processes. Identify skills gaps and design training programmes. Promote employee well-being through the implementation of company initiatives. Improve staff retention rates and contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment.Requirements: A proactive and enthusiastic individual with strong interpersonal skills. Minimum of three years\’ experience in a similar role, ideally working as part of a small team or in a stand alone role Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail and organisational abilities. CIPD or similar qualifications Benefits: One day per week working from home.
