The Role

We're hiring a field-based engineer to carry out repairs on domestic appliances across Sheffield and surrounding areas. You'll attend pre-planned appointments with parts delivered to a Bybox pick up point close to your home, backed by support from our technical and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Competent in fault diagnosis and repair of at least 4 of the following appliances: washing machines, dishwashers, refrigeration, tumble dryers and electric cookers.
  • Manage your day via Pacifica's user-friendly engineer software.
  • Deliver a first-class customer experience.
  • Collaborate with our regional support team and service desk.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in white goods/appliance repairs.
  • Up to date working knowledge in fault diagnosis and repair of at least 4 major appliance types.
  • Field-based repair experience essential.
  • A professional attitude and passion for solving problems.

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: £27,000 - £36,000 (dependent on skillset & experience).
  • OTE: Up to £50,000 per year.
  • Bonus Scheme: Uncapped, to increase your earnings.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day (typically 9am-5pm).
  • Pre-planned routes, drive time is included.
  • Sign-on Bonus Available.
