The predicted salary is between 28800 - 36000 £ per year.
The Program Supervisor will coordinate all services received by participants in the SHR program to ensure the program meets all targets for participant enrollment and retention as required by the Office of Family Assistance, which funds this grant.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and refining intake procedures
- Assigning and monitoring client caseloads to staff and trainees
- Tracking participant progress from enrollment through workshop start, graduation, and follow-up completion
- Collaboration with the program director, associate director, and quality assurance specialist to analyze program data and implement necessary changes
- Supervising case management staff to maintain retention
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with community resources and systems approaches
- Proficiency with PC-based automated word processing, spreadsheets, and internet applications
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Knowledge of MMC's mission, vision, values, policies, and procedures, as well as those specific to these programs
- Willingness to engage in significant field work
- Flexibility and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients, colleagues, and other agencies
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, professionalism, and independence
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
- Experience providing social work services in a medical setting is preferred
