Hartmann Young is partnered with a growing and dynamic Pharmaceutical company based in Cambridge. We're seeking a technically strong, hands-on Product Development Manager to support commercial-phase products. You’ll lead technical investigations, manage vendor relationships, and drive formulation and analytical improvements. This cross-functional role is central to ensuring robust, reliable supply for patients with rare and complex conditions.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Drug product formulation experience (oral solids, solutions, or suspensions)
- Familiarity with ICH guidelines
- Project management expertise and attention to detail
- Confident negotiator with vendor management experience
- Proactive, solution-focused, and self-motivated
