Criterion Hospitality is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to oversee revenue strategy across our growing hotel portfolio. With seven operating hotels and two exciting new openings this year, this is an excellent opportunity for a talented revenue professional to make a significant impact within a dynamic hospitality group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximise revenue and profitability across multiple hotels.
  • Monitor and optimise distribution channels, OTA relationships, and direct booking strategies.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and performance data to identify opportunities and inform pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies.
  • Lead revenue management practices across the cluster, ensuring effective use of systems and tools.
  • Oversee forecasting, reporting, and analysis to support data-driven decision-making and achievement of revenue targets.
