This team is one of the leading commercial insurance offerings in London. Their lawyers handle complex, high-value coverage disputes as well as some subrogated recovery work.

You will be afforded the opportunity to work on high-value, technical insurance coverage disputes as well as some high-value subrogated recovery claims. However, the main focus of this opportunity is coverage.

What you’ll do:

  • Advise mainly on complex coverage disputes with some subrogated recovery work
  • Act on behalf of major UK and international insurers
  • Help mentor and develop less experienced colleagues

The ideal candidate:

  • Senior Associate (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
  • Background in insurance litigation, ideally from a recognised team with strong coverage experience
  • Technically excellent with a commercial mindset
