Working closely with the creative director, wider creative and event teams, and a trusted network of freelancers, you’ll craft immersive 2D designs that elevate experiences for a wide range of global brands. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support concept development, moodboarding, sketching, and art direction
  • Design across digital (web, mobile, social) and physical (event branding, signage, print) formats
  • Translate visitor journeys into visual storytelling with a keen eye for UX and spatial engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams and freelancers to deliver polished, boundary-pushing design work
  • Ensure brand consistency while bringing creative flair to every project
  • Manage timelines, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple priorities effectively
  • Explore new materials, formats, and sustainable approaches in design delivery
  • Use Photoshop to touch up renders/site photos and add lighting/graphics effects when needed

  • Proven experience in a creative agency or similar fast-paced environment
  • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign essential)
  • A working knowledge of AI design tools and After Effects is a plus
  • Basic SketchUp or similar 3D software skills are an advantage
  • Strong conceptual thinking and ability to communicate ideas clearly
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and confidence presenting your work
  • Detail-oriented, highly organised, and comfortable working to tight deadlines
