Train to become a Bus Driver - No experience needed!

£15.00 p/h - £29,640 p/a – Rising to £17.00 p/h after 1 years service. 38 Hrs p/w - 5 days per week (Monday – Sunday) (Hours assigned in advance on a shift / rota basis)

Our New Driver Training Programme

Across 13 months you will receive a mix of online and face to face workshops, delivered by industry experts and our specialist training partners. You'll improve your customer service skills, gain exposure to incident management, safeguarding and much more. In addition to gaining a First Bus – level 2 bus driving apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to achieve a nationally recognised qualification in Maths & English (if required).

What we need from you:

  • Proof of your Right to Work in the UK
  • You must be at least 18 years of age
  • Hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • You must have lived in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK for at least the three years.
  • Flexibility to work on a rota / shift basis. (There are a variety of shifts which may consist of early mornings (starting 03.30hrs) / late nights (finishing at 02:00hrs) / weekends.)
  • Great people skills
