Overall responsibility for delivering and executing the operational aspects of the supply chain to meet customer needs. To safeguard and augment the efficiency of the company’s compliant supply chain to facilitate accelerating development, growth, and long-term success.

Key Tasks

  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of Supply Chain to ensure optimum delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organisational strategic objectives and regulatory requirements, to apply improvements.
  • Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement through all levels of the operation.
  • Manage procurement processes from initial sourcing/planning through to delivery and stock management.
  • Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/suppliers.
  • Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analysing, and interpreting data and metrics, to develop and implement improvement activities.
