My client is a large media group, and they're able to reach over millions of consumers within the UK on a weekly basis.

As the Performance Marketing Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Act as the marketing team's subject matter expert, leading acquisition strategies
  • Plan and execute campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, ASA, Google UAC, and more
  • Oversee end-to-end multi-channel campaigns.
  • Analyse and optimise performance using analytics tools; collaborate on ASO to boost visibility and installs
  • Work closely with Brand, Product, and Analytics teams to align on goals and user insights
  • Build strong connections with agencies and partners.

You:

  • 2+ years in performance marketing, ideally in entertainment, media, or entertainment.
  • Self-starter with strong autonomy and leadership in digital marketing
  • Expert in performance marketing across Paid Social, Paid Search, ASA, Google UAC, and app stores
  • Strong creative instincts with a keen eye for detail and a record of impactful campaigns.
  • Skilled in Apple Search Ads, Google Analytics, Ads platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok), and MMPs like AppsFlyer
  • Strong project manager, able to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders
  • Strategic and creative thinker with a keen eye for data-driven insights and impactful campaigns
