Your Role: Elevate Visual Standards at Scale
As the E-Commerce Retouch Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual output for high-profile e-commerce clients. Leading a dynamic retouching team, you’ll ensure every image meets the meticulous standards Spring is known for, balancing speed, precision, and creativity at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- High-End Image Retouching: Execute and oversee top-tier retouching on large volumes of e-commerce images with accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, guide, and mentor a team of in-house and freelance retouchers to deliver consistently exceptional results. Work with the Head of E-commerce to identify and shape the team needs and requirements.
- Workflow Ownership: Collaborate with the Production team to manage post production e-commerce workflow from intake to final delivery.
- Project & Resource Management: Work closely with the production talent coordinator to schedule and manage freelance resources, ensuring seamless operations.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold and elevate image quality standards; provide constructive feedback and implement continuous improvements.
- Process Development: Create and evolve bespoke retouching guidelines and workflows tailored to each brand’s needs and delivery requirements.
- Client Partnership: Serve as a key point of contact for client queries and bespoke image requests, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
- Performance-Driven Delivery: Consistently hit project deadlines and quality benchmarks.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Support the Head of E-Commerce to onboard new clients and integrate them into the retouch pipeline smoothly.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Apply initiative and critical thinking to every challenge, technical or creative.
What You Bring
- Proven expertise in both e-commerce and creative retouching.
