We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our London team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, from managing client support processes to producing brand-aligned materials for sales proposals and commercial documentation.
In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams across support, delivery, and commercial, helping to maintain high service standards, coordinate renewals and reporting, and ensure that all client-facing materials are clear, professional, and consistent. You’ll also liaise directly with client contacts on day-to-day queries, playing a key part in maintaining reliable and responsive support.

AlphaVictor is a SaaS platform developed to enhance the user experience and interaction with technology. The platform helps organisations support, manage, and document their technology at scale.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage the shared client support inbox, triaging queries and escalating to internal or external teams as required.
- Act as a consistent and approachable point of contact for day-to-day support of client needs.
- Track and manage support agreements and license renewal timelines.
- Assist in the preparation of client review meetings, including compiling service reports, gathering key insights, and managing follow-up actions.
- Maintain well-organised internal records of support activity, licence agreements, and client documentation.
- Support the Commercial team with the preparation and formatting of client-facing proposals, decks, and documentation.
- Maintain and update branded templates to ensure consistency and professionalism across all materials.
- Collate and organise content such as case studies, team bios, service details, and visuals for use in sales materials.
- Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data.
- 1–2 years’ experience in a sales support, administrative, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations role.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with preparing or supporting client documentation, proposals, or branded materials.
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe InDesign.
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards for written and visual content.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
- Clear, professional written communication and a confident approach to internal collaboration.
- Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite.
- A proactive, dependable mindset with the ability to take ownership of administrative and coordination tasks.
- Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to support and problem-solving.
