Senior Legal Counsel working as a team advising a fast growing UK Wealth Management business covering a broad spectrum of wealth management and UHNW clients.
Provide specialised legal advice on wealth management, investment management and custody solutions. Advising on the development of new products and digital solutions. Manage legal, business and regulatory risk. Advise on regulation around product development and strategic initiatives. Advising on bespoke investment management, dealing, custody, and wrapper agreements. Review, draft, advise on and negotiate key supplier agreements as applicable.
Candidate Profile
- Legal Counsel with private practice or in-house experience
- Experience of UK Wealth Management products including funds / IM agreements
- New product development experience
- ESG experience a plus
