Our client is seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join their Business Development and Marketing Team at their offices in Hertfordshire on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparation and submission of PQQs and ITTs.
- Managing and coordinating tender submissions with internal stakeholders, primarily estimating.
- Producing original graphics and images for documentation to accompany bids and other submissions.
- Maintaining and updating MS Outlook Calendar with tender return dates.
- Maintaining a library of project information.
- Monitoring and ensuring that all listed accreditations and certifications (Exor, Safemark, CHAS, Constructionline, Investors in People, ISO) are up to date.
- Maintaining and updating the company contacts database using MS Dynamics CRM system.
- Assisting the Pre-Construction Director with internal reporting for weekly and Board reports.
- Sourcing opportunities and following up on leads for potential work.
- Recording, monitoring, and progressing leads, opportunities, and tenders using MS Dynamics CRM system.
- Providing information for updating group and individual group companies’ web pages.
- Keeping abreast of market conditions and competitors.
