We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Leeds based Facilities Management function. If you’re a highly organised individual who gets joy from going above and beyond for people, this might be the perfect position for you.
About the role
Overall, you’ll be the first point of contact for our visitors, colleagues and suppliers who visit the Reception Desk at our Head Office development at Broad Gate, Leeds. Day to day you’ll be:
- Managing front desk telephony, answering all internal calls and dealing with queries as appropriate.
- Managing visitors, booking in all visitors following requests from colleagues and providing meet and greet on arrival, and answering any queries.
- Managing parking requests and assigning parking for internal and external visitors.
- Liaising with colleagues for meeting room set ups/layouts and refreshments (dependent on site).
- Ensuring stationary, toners, catering supplies are ordered as appropriate (dependent on site).
- Checking First aid boxes monthly and ordering of supplies alongside health & safety supplier compliance checks.
- Undertaking desk utilisation reports 2-3 times a week.
- Working alongside security to ensure all security processes are followed.
- Supporting facilities manager with any queries/requirements.
About you
Alongside being a highly organised individual, you will have:
- Prior receptionist experience is desirable but not essential.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- A friendly “can do” attitude; you’ll take everything in your stride.
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
