Day Rate Contracts | Financial Services | London & Hybrid
We’re currently in discussions with two well-established financial services firms who are shaping major Financial Crime Change Programmes. These will cover strategic enhancements across the financial crime lifecycle, with transformation work expected to span multiple critical areas. While roles are not live yet, we are actively building a shortlist of experienced Financial Crime Business Analysts and Project Managers to hit the ground running once greenlit.
Areas of focus will include:
- Governance, MI, and risk appetite frameworks
- Controls uplift and framework optimisation
- Policy and procedure redesign
- Customer risk assessment and segmentation models
- Data and systems integration (e.g., TM, screening, or case management tools)
- Operating model and TOM changes across 1LOD and 2LOD
- Stakeholder and regulatory engagement
- Change delivery governance and programme reporting
We’re looking for individuals who can offer:
- Proven experience in delivering financial crime change or transformation programmes (not just BAU or KYC remediation) as a Business Analyst or Project Manager
- A strong grounding in regulated FS environments - banking, investments, or asset/wealth management
- Experience across the full project lifecycle, within a structured change or transformation function
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally across Compliance, Ops, Tech and Risk
