We’re hiring on behalf of an ambitious UK lender, who are looking for a Proposition Manager to help shape and refine their product offering. This is a great opportunity for someone analytically minded who enjoys working with data, spotting trends, and helping turn insight into action.
What you’ll be doing:
- Tracking the competition and identifying opportunities to stand out
- Analysing product performance and customer behaviour to inform improvements
- Managing product listings on sourcing systems and keeping everything accurate and up to date
- Supporting product changes and new propositions from idea through to launch
- Collaborating with teams across sales, operations, compliance and risk
What we’re looking for:
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Good attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
