My client is looking for a proven payroll administrator/assistant to make a strong contribution and play a vital role in the team. You will be supporting by ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, and supporting in system implementation and process improvement. Job Description
- Prepare and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain payroll records and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
- Handle queries from employees regarding pay, tax, and benefits.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Generate and distribute payslips and other payroll-related documentation.
- Support year-end payroll processes, including tax filings and reporting.
