Nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) administratif(ve) et comptable pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Vous serez un élément clé de notre organisation, en assurant le bon fonctionnement des tâches administratives et comptables quotidiennes. Une formation sur notre logiciel interne vous sera fournie.
Responsabilités :
- Gérer les appels téléphoniques et courriels, en fournissant un service client de qualité.
- Saisir et mettre à jour les documents administratifs.
- Relancer les paiements clients, saisir les factures, et effectuer des calculs par situation.
- Réaliser des tâches de secrétariat : classement, archivage, dématérialisation.
- Préparer les documents comptables et gérer la TVA mensuelle.
- Assurer la confidentialité dans les dossiers RH et banque.
- Utiliser Microsoft Office et Excel pour créer des présentations, tableaux et rapports.
- Maintenir un environnement de travail organisé et efficace, et rendre compte.
