The Opportunity

We’re partnered exclusively with a fast-scaling global organisation as they roll out a multi-phase Ceridian Dayforce implementation and reshape their approach to people data and HR operations. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on HRIS Analyst — someone confident working across systems, reporting, and transformation. You’ll take ownership of global HR master data, support Dayforce rollout activities, and act as the go-to for people reporting and system insights. The company is going through major change, rapidly scaling through acquisitions and transitioning to a shared service model. You’ll be joining in the early stages of this exciting journey and positioned to grow into a strategic systems lead globally as the platform matures.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and maintain global HR master data across multiple systems and regions
  • Support configuration, testing (UAT), and deployment of Dayforce HCM
  • Deliver dashboards, KPIs, and exec-ready insights on headcount, engagement, and performance
  • Enable people processes including reward, talent, succession, and ESG reporting
  • Drive data migration, reconciliation, and reporting consolidation
  • Support salary survey submissions, benchmarking, and pay transparency analysis
  • Design reports in Dayforce and help train internal users
  • Become the internal Dayforce subject matter expert and reporting lead

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience as an HRIS Analyst, HR Systems Analyst, or People Data Analyst
  • Hands-on experience with Ceridian Dayforce (Core HR required; Payroll/T&A a bonus)
  • Strong data handling and reporting skills across HR processes
  • Familiarity with international HR operations and shared services
  • Structured, analytical mindset with high attention to detail
  • Able to work cross-functionally with Reward, Talent, and Project stakeholders
  • Experience in HRIS implementation or transformation projects highly desirable
