This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of an award-winning Transport team, who have won numerous awards for Operational, Business and H&S excellence over the last two years. After a rewarding and productive 12 weeks, you will have the opportunity to join our LGV Driver Apprenticeship program. This exciting step forward will not only enhance your skills but also increase your hourly rate.

Main responsibilities:

  • To work as part of a two-person delivery team to ensure all deliveries are of high standard
  • To ensure Health and Safety standards are adhered to
  • Constantly communicate with the transport office regarding daily activities
  • Adhere to procedures regarding the proper use and care of equipment and materials associated with the role
  • Always offer a pleasant and concise delivery experience at each delivery visit
  • Proactively make customer phone calls with ETAs, & keep records of deliveries made
  • Take extra care with products to ensure goods are delivered damage free

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent communication skills
