We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Social Media Account Director to lead the development and execution of innovative social media strategies . Based in Greater Manchester, you will be responsible for managing high-value accounts, driving measurable success, and ensuring social media campaigns align with broader marketing objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and lead a talented social media team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement tailored social media strategies to achieve client objectives, focusing on organic growth, audience engagement, and campaign performance.
- Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring excellent service and successful delivery of all social media projects.
- Campaign Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-platform campaigns, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of social media managers, executives, and content creators, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Analytics and Reporting: Oversee performance tracking and reporting, presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients to drive continuous improvement.
- Platform Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with social media platform representatives to stay at the forefront of emerging trends and opportunities.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to achieve maximum ROI.
