Our client is an independent, award-winning creative communications agency, working right across the health and well-being space, delivering local, international and global campaigns for a variety of pharma clients. Their primary focus is on building and maintaining relationships whether between doctor and patient, prescriber and therapy area or agency and client. Their aim is to show how building robust relationships is key to creating a successful brand, as well as delivering innovative tailor-made solutions for all client needs.
As an AE, you will be responsible for supporting the senior team with the day to day running of key client accounts, helping to shape agency responses to client briefs and managing workflow through the agency and client review platforms. You will be naturally curious, have the ability to develop good working relationships and demonstrate a keen interest in creative communications and healthcare.
Main Responsibilities
- Support stakeholder liaison and management:
- Client teams: Providing regular, timely updates to client teams on status of projects and workflows, outlining key actions and next steps and flagging issues/queries as appropriate.
- Internal teams: Providing regular updates to senior account team and wider organisation (including the creative department) as necessary regarding status of projects and workflows.
- Partners and suppliers: Providing regular updates to agency/project partners regarding status of projects, workflows, timelines, and finances.
- Financial records: Create project outlines and proposals, estimates, POs, budget reconciliations.
- Account trackers: Responsible for keeping status reports and contract reports up-to-date.
- Project management files and trackers: Open job bags, create briefs and timelines as required.
- Assist in upload of materials to client review platforms (e.g. PromoMats).
- Assist in review and management of client comments and feedback – agreeing next steps and actions with senior account team and client team.
- Act as brand ambassador within the agency, demonstrating a keen understanding of key competitors, data and associated papers, patient advocacy groups/charities and other relevant organisations.
- Ensure consistently high quality of projects matching client strategies and tactical plans.
- Understand the role and responsibilities of various codes of conduct and where these are relevant across accounts and projects.
- Show a general interest in the Pharma industry.
- Supporting office manager as necessary with internal administrative tasks to ensure smooth running of the office.
