This is a fantastic opportunity to drive best-in-class people management operations, foster an inclusive culture, and deliver impactful HR strategies.
This is a hybrid role, working 3 days in the office and 2 at home.
As the Senior HR Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in partnering with senior leaders to align HR practices with business goals. You’ll also lead a talented HR operations team, providing strategic guidance and ensuring that people processes are effective, compliant, and future-focused.

- MCIPD qualification or equivalent.
- A strong track record in HR, including employee engagement, organisational design, and business change management.
- Expertise in employee relations, learning and development, recruitment, and talent management.

- Proven ability to lead on complex People & Development projects.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
