The Role

Our customers will be your main focus, and everything you do will be with their shopping experience in mind. As a Trading Customer Assistant, you could be serving customers at the checkouts, replenishing stock, checking dates on our fresh produce and grocery products, and helping unload deliveries. No retail experience is necessary to join our family. With our bespoke training, you will become an expert in delighting our customers with our warm northern welcome and creating a magical shopping experience.
