We’re looking for an ambitious and client-focused Account Manager to join a fast-moving, creatively led agency. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, shaping campaign strategy, and working closely with internal creative and production teams to deliver standout work.
You’ll play a key role in leading client accounts, pitching fresh ideas, and managing projects from concept to delivery, all within an agency that values bold thinking, great storytelling, and cultural relevance.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, building trusted, long-term relationships.
- Lead pitches, help shape creative strategy, and contribute to the development of bold campaign ideas.
- Write inspiring, creative briefs that set internal teams up for success.
- Identify and grow client opportunities through regular reviews and smart account planning.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and day-to-day project delivery with the support of the production team.
- Stay on top of emerging trends in media, entertainment, and marketing to bring proactive thinking to the table.
- Support the agency’s own marketing initiatives and brand presence.
- 5+ years’ experience in a client-facing role in creative, media, marketing or brand partnerships.
- A strong grasp of social, video, editorial, and interactive content formats.
- Confident presenting ideas, leading meetings, and owning relationships.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organisation skills.
- A love for pop culture, entertainment, film, TV, or social media is a big plus.
- A natural collaborator with a positive, can-do approach.
