The Role
As an Oracle Cloud Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Planning solutions. This is a client-facing position where you will work across diverse industries, delivering best-in-class planning capabilities that drive real business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Cloud Planning project workstreams from requirements gathering through to go-live and support
- Advise clients on Oracle best practices for planning, forecasting, and supply chain optimisation
- Configure Oracle Cloud modules including Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning
- Manage stakeholders, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and delivered upon
- Oversee project teams, providing mentorship and ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Support pre-sales activities including solution design and proposal development
About You
- Extensive experience implementing Oracle Cloud Planning solutions within a consultancy or large-scale organisation
- Deep knowledge of planning processes and their integration with supply chain and finance functions
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud Planning projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Oracle certifications in relevant modules are advantageous
- Willingness to travel across Europe when required
