A leading international law firm is seeking a Legal Technology Specialist to join its Enterprise Technology Transformation team based in the London office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help shape the firm’s legal tech strategy, drive innovation, and support cutting-edge tools across global practices.
What You’ll Do
- Knowledge Management
- Design and maintain internal portals to house group or client knowledge
- Support strategic approaches to knowledge systems with lawyers and innovation teams
- Deliver training and onboarding for new lawyers on tech and knowledge tools
- Practice Technology & Innovation
- Provide day-to-day support for tools like contract analysis, document automation, e-signature platforms, and client collaboration software
- Build custom collaboration portals and automation tools tailored to legal workflows
- Encourage adoption of tech solutions across teams and deliver tailored training
- Product Oversight & Support
- Establish quality control processes for content updates
- Monitor usage data to identify inactive tools or projects and manage lifecycle processes
What They Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in a client-focused role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms (e.g. SharePoint, HighQ, Legatics, SmartSheet)
- Experience with legal AI or automation tools (e.g. Harvey, CoCounsel, Kira, Contract Express, HotDocs) is beneficial
- Highly organised, independent, and adaptable with strong judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain discretion with confidential matters and thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
