Large global law firm are looking for an experienced Document Specialist to join their busy corporate department to work on short-turnaround documents and editing tasks (1 hour or less), troubleshoot issues, and deliver a top-tier document production service to the lawyers.

The team are looking for an experienced Legal Document Specialist to join a busy document production team who is detail-driven to manage documents and briefs. This position is going to be an initial 6-month contract with a view to be made permanent thereafter. The role will be working for the firms City of London office for 2.5 days per week, then from home the other 2.5 days. The working hours can be either 8:30am–4:30pm or 9:00–5:00 (flexible).

Key responsibilities:

  • Triage and complete short-form document production tasks
  • Resolve technical formatting issues
  • Liaise with wider teams on larger jobs
  • Keep quality and service at the forefront

Experience:

  • Experience in legal/professional services document production work
  • Strong MS Word/template knowledge
  • Clear communicator, calm under pressure
  • Available 2.5 days per week to work in the City of London office.
