Fantastic opportunity to join the team at a professional training and coaching agency based in London. They partner with some of the world's most loved brands to supercharge business performance through their clients' greatest asset - their people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative visual concepts for online courses, e-learning modules, presentations, infographics, workbooks, marketing materials, and other learning assets.
  • Design clear, effective, and visually appealing layouts for digital and print materials, ensuring optimal readability and engagement.
  • Ensure all design work adheres to and reinforces the brand guidelines, contributing to a consistent and professional visual identity.
  • Select and edit photographs and other visual elements to support learning objectives and brand aesthetics.
  • Apply typographic principles effectively to ensure readability, hierarchy, and visual appeal across all materials.
  • Create, organise, and maintain a library of visual assets for use across various projects.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within the e-learning, education, or digital learning industry.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design projects, including layouts, infographics, and visual elements for digital and potentially print.
  • A solid understanding of visual design principles, including typography, colour theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Familiarity with preparing files for both digital and print output.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Hybrid working (1 day a week in London office)
