We are partnering with an established media network, and looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Digital Asset Coordinator to lead support of a key data migration project. The role will involve moving digital assets from Box to Frame.io. Working closely with the Asset Manager and the wider Creative Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful transfer, reorganisation, and integrity of digital files, with zero disruption to ongoing creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Marketing/Project Manager to understand project scope, timelines, and priorities
  • Download digital files from Box and verify data integrity
  • Reorganise files according to a newly defined folder structure
  • Upload assets to Frame.io, ensuring packages are complete and error-free
  • Use the agreed project tracking tools to monitor progress and report updates
  • Communicate regularly with team members and escalate issues or delays when needed
  • Support backup of any assets that fall outside of scope but require archiving

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ideally experience with digital asset management systems (e.g., Box, Frame.io, DAM platforms) and strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Familiarity with creative production workflows (video, design, or media preferred)
  • Ability to manage deadlines, track progress, and communicate effectively
  • A problem-solver with a proactive mindset
