A fast-growing medical device start-up is seeking a Senior R&D Engineer to take the lead on the design, development, and validation of a next-generation wound dressing platform targeting chronic and complex wounds.

What You’ll Do:
- Drive the design and experimental testing of a novel tissue repair platform
- Collaborate across R&D, regulatory, clinical and manufacturing teams
- Lead prototyping, materials selection, and device optimisation
- Develop and run V&V protocols aligned with ISO 13485 and FDA expectations
- Analyse data, troubleshoot, and implement design improvements
- Support IP generation and mentor junior engineers
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ R&D experience in the medical device industry
- Strong background in product design, testing and regulatory standards
