Our client, a well known global freight forwarder based in Colnbrook, are seeking a Freight Customer Service Operator to join their team. They are able to offer excellent company benefits including 25 days holiday and lots of career progression.
The Customer Service Operator is responsible for the delivery of customer service excellence working in line with contractual requirements for a premier key account customer. Duties would involve:
- Arranging both import and export shipments in the most efficient and cost effective manner, whilst achieving the required service levels.
- Booking worldwide Courier shipments using DHL and Fedex systems.
- Keeping client informed of shipment progress.
- Billing out of shipments.
- Customs entries for Imports - training given.

Due to the nature of the role, you must be a British Citizen.
Hours: Monday - Friday
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 subject to experience
