A leading Guildford-based law firm is looking to appoint a talented Senior Associate (5+ PQE) into its award-winning Employment, Pensions and Immigration team. The role offers a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious work, with a strong focus on employer-side advisory, transactional support and executive exits.
The Opportunity- Advise a wide range of commercial clients on all aspects of employment law, including restructuring, disputes, contracts, TUPE, and HR advisory
- Provide strategic employment support on corporate transactions and business immigration matters (if experienced)
- Support and lead on high-value litigation and tribunal claims
- Collaborate across teams including immigration, pensions, and corporate
- Work closely with approachable and widely recognised leaders in the field
- Enjoy excellent training, career progression, and business development support
- Flexible hybrid model – typically 2–3 days in the Guildford office, with part-time options also considered
- 5–7+ PQE employment lawyer with experience from a leading City, national or regional firm
- Strong experience advising employers on both contentious and non-contentious matters
- Experience handling senior executive terminations and settlement agreements
- Commercially astute with the ability to build long-term client relationships
