We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll support the production process across a range of projects—from initial planning through to delivery—ensuring seamless execution and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the Production Dept/Senior Producers projects
  • Supporting producers with shoot preparations, including preparing PPM decks, managing artist declaration forms/ talent contracts being prepped / contacts / payments
  • Supporting the financial requirements for productions including setting up new vendors, raising PO’s, managing invoices, reconciliations
  • Booking travel arrangements for international shoots
  • Working on post-production jobs
  • Assisting on directors’ searches for productions
  • Booking voice-over artists and scheduling recordings
  • Setting up meetings, booking meeting rooms
  • Image/video reference research for briefing documents or mood films
  • Briefing in post-production requests in the absence of a Senior Producer

Qualifications:

  • Can-do attitude, with a strong motivation to learn & progress
  • Good sense of humour with positive disposition
  • Reliable and a team player
  • Looking to be challenged with an ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills
  • Strong ability to multitask, and attention to detail
  • Strong interest in production and filmmaking
  • Understanding of the APA terms and industry regulations and best practices is advantageous but not a requirement
  • Experience of indesign, photoshop, premier pro, after-effects advantageous but not a requirement
  • Experience with image/video/audio generating AI tool
  • Ambition of progressing to become a TV Producer
