Are you a Management Consultant that is interested in moving to a buy-side role with a Real Estate investment fund? We are looking to fill an Analyst role (could be hired as an Associate for the right person) for a Living Sector focused real estate fund. Joining a small, entrepreneurial team, you'll gain experience across acquisitions and asset management, acquiring property to add to their portfolio (currently £300m AUM) and also helping to maximise returns from their portfolio (currently £28m / year).
You will ideally come from a Transactions (M&A-focused) or Strategy-type practice - one where you have developed an analytical toolkit and performed due diligence exercises on behalf of clients. Looking for people with strong:
- financial modelling & analysis skills
- communication & presentation skills
- problem solving skills
- excellent stakeholder management skills
- attention to detail
You will have worked in areas such as:
- M&A
- Strategy
- Due diligence
People need to have at least 18 months post-graduate experience in a management consultancy. Interest in real estate is preferred but not essential.
