This brand is growing fast - and you'll grow with it. With a hybrid of creativity and commerciality, retail and wholesale, structure and speed, this is a rare chance to sharpen your skills in a space that genuinely values your input.

As our Wholesale Merchandiser, you'll sit at the heart of the product and wholesale operation - owning key categories, driving decisions, and helping keep everything moving from concept to customer. You'll work across both retail and wholesale channels, with full ownership of your order book, the critical path, and stock movement from supplier to store or showroom. It's fast, it's analytical and it's fashion through and through.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own and manage the wholesale order book - ensuring accuracy, pace, and alignment with delivery plans
  • Run and maintain the WSSI - using forecasts, intake data and trading performance to guide decisions
  • Manage the critical path end-to-end - track orders, maintain timelines, and consistently hit delivery KPIs
  • Produce & analyse reports - from trade and sell-through to intake, freight, and delivery schedules
  • Support range planning with historical data, category mix, and commercial insight
  • Work closely with suppliers, retail partners, and wholesale customers - managing orders, timelines, and delivery updates
  • Take full ownership of wholesale freight - working with the warehouse to manage inbound deliveries and ensure stock is where it needs to be
  • Collaborate with finance - manage invoicing and ensure smooth reconciliation for all wholesale orders
  • Lead monthly reporting to the Director - covering performance, risks, and key opportunities
  • Support markdown, rebuys, and repeat orders across your categories
  • Mentor and support an Assistant Merchandiser within the team
  • Actively track competitor activity and trends - keeping us one step ahead

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in womenswear merchandising (ideally in both retail & wholesale environments)
  • A commercial mindset and a sharp eye for product
  • Advanced Excel skills - you're comfortable with WSSI, vlookups, pivot tables, forecasting
  • Deep understanding of the critical path, freight, and delivery scheduling
  • Confidence managing multiple stakeholders - buyers, customers, suppliers, warehouse, finance
  • Impeccable organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • A clear and confident communication style
  • A passion for premium womenswear and a desire to grow with a brand on the rise
