We’re Futurlab, the award-winning game studio behind PowerWash Simulator, the Velocity series, Peaky Blinders Mastermind, and many more awesome games. We’re on the hunt for a proactive, detail-oriented Assistant Producer to help us bring an ambitious new soothing IP to life. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our team delivers great player experiences. This is a hands-on role with real impact across every stage of development.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with developers to track, prioritise, and unblock day-to-day tasks across disciplines
  • Assisting with cross-team communication, ensuring timely delivery of assets and milestones
  • Build and maintain project schedules, with a clear view of dependencies and risks
  • Contribute to planning age ratings submissions, QA prep and certification materials
  • Helping the rest of the team identify inefficiencies and flag risks
  • Help drive sprint planning, retros, and daily stand-ups
  • Co-ordinating and implementing localisation
  • Helping external contractors track their work
  • Jumping in to play new content!

1+ year of experience in the games industry

Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello), collaborative tools (e.g., Slack, Miro) and a good working knowledge of Excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A keen eye for process improvement and risk mitigation

A passion for games!

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience with Version Control/Git
  • Experience with Unity
