LOBA are currently working with a London-based property developer looking to appoint a Cost Planner or Senior Cost Planner to join their growing commercial team. This is a client-side role, working across early-stage feasibility, cost planning, and pre-construction input on high-quality residential-led schemes. You'll be part of a business that delivers everything in-house, and you will also have a direct impact on how projects are shaped from day one.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading cost plans for new sites and early-stage schemes
