LOBA are currently working with a London-based property developer looking to appoint a Cost Planner or Senior Cost Planner to join their growing commercial team. This is a client-side role, working across early-stage feasibility, cost planning, and pre-construction input on high-quality residential-led schemes. You'll be part of a business that delivers everything in-house, and you will also have a direct impact on how projects are shaped from day one.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading cost plans for new sites and early-stage schemes
  • Working closely with internal design and delivery teams to shape viable, buildable developments
  • Managing consultant input and overseeing project budgets from feasibility to start on site
  • Advising on procurement strategy and value engineering opportunities
  • Feeding into board-level appraisals and supporting land bids
