What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll be the vital link between training and transformation—delivering clear, practical training in all things Agri, HSE, Technical Standards, and Animal Welfare.
- From onboarding and refresher sessions to designing learning modules and coaching individuals through Work-Based Diplomas, you’ll be growing both skills and confidence across our farming community.

- Lead Agri induction training with clarity and consistency
- Keep records sharp, data current, and documentation audit-ready
- Collaborate with the Training Coordinator to smash training targets
- Ensure site compliance with LMS (85%+), while lifting learning outcomes across the board
- Stay curious and informed, bringing the latest in agri best practices to your sessions
What You Bring
- 2+ years experience working with Farm livestock
- Sharp knowledge of HSE, animal welfare, and statutory regulations
- Superb communication and training delivery skills
- Experience with LMS platforms and training documentation
- Organised, empathetic, proactive—and a true team player
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel as needed
